We use Canada Post & USPS as our primary standard service carrier (Up to 5 Lbs.). Please allow up to 30 business days from ship date for delivery when choosing Standard Shipping.
Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories
We only ship within Canada the continental United States & Alaska we do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Mariana Islands, Palau and the Virgin Islands.
Please be advised that Wolf River Chainsaw is headquartered in Canada and not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to U.S. shipments. Please contact your customs office to thoroughly inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.

Returns & Refunds
We offer 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may send resealed products back to us within 30 days of your order and receive a full refund minus shipping charges. Returns will be processed and credited to your account with 3-5 business days from the date we received your package. If your order was damaged during shipment, or if you received the incorrect item in your order, please do not open the items and contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier for a damaged shipment. Please include your order number, daytime phone number, and the nature of the damages. You have the option of either receiving a replacement or a full refund once the claims process is complete. We will not be responsible for the products that have been seized by your country Customs . Orders already shipped out cannot be canceled in mid-transit. We cannot recall items already shipped out of our warehouse. All orders that are undeliverable/returned (due to bad address or no one to receive the package) will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.
